Dotted Line on Progress Report
Some of your Progress Report graphs feature dotted lines in the background. What do they mean?

On our graphs, dotted lines represent averages. For instance, if four students in your class finished the placement pretest at an 8th-grade level and four students finished at a 6th-grade level, the dotted line on the Pre-Test Grade Level Performance graph will run horizontally at y = 7, because the average performance in your class was at a 7th-grade level.
