Student Stuck on One Level
My student is stuck on a level and not moving up or down.
There are a few possible causes of this issue.
The first is that your student may have simply run out of quizzes to be assigned at the lower levels. This generally only happens after students have completed over 200 quizzes. If the program does not have a lower level quiz to assign, it will continue on at the current level.
The other possible cause is that our system will never assign a quiz to a student that is more than three levels below their highest achieved level. If a student has a sudden spike in performance, or if they receive outside assistance, the program may no longer allow them to view lower-level passages.
In both these cases, clicking "Reset Student Progress" on their individual progress report page will erase all of their quiz data and allow them to use the site normally again. This will purge all of the student’s quiz history and have them start again from the pre-test. Only their Knowledge Points will not be affected.
