Account Deletion Request
If you'd like to permanently delete your ReadTheory account, this guide walks you through how to request it.
How to Request Account Deletion
Account deletion isn't self-service inside the platform. To permanently delete an account, email support@readtheory.org with the following:
- Name on the account
- Username
- Email address associated with the account
Once we receive this information, your account will be permanently deleted, and all data associated with the account will be purged.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so make sure it's what you want before submitting your request.
